Legacy Smokehouse

Founders Chad Smock, Brian Jordan, and Ty Sells had been friends for decades before they came together to form Legacy in 2017. Adhering to Barbeque traditions they learned while studying under Pitmasters in Central Texas, every slice of Brisket or pile of Pulled Pork spends at least 16 hours smoking over Ohio White Oak Wood. The name “Legacy” is an homage to time-honored tradition of their craft. In addition to their location at Food Hall, you can also find the barbeque phenoms at Berliner park where they recently took over the Berliner pub, and in Hilliard where they are in the process of opening a smokehouse and restaurant.
