Tortilla creators Walter Eguez and Gustavo Salazar moved to the U.S. hungry to create something bigger than themselves and saw an opportunity in Columbus’s emerging Food Truck scene. They initially chose to forego frills like branding and flashy marketing, deciding instead to let their food speak for itself, and it did. Garnering a name for themselves at festivals with their first Trailer, Tortilla hinged on its successes and has continued to grow its business and brand since. Today, is a small fleet of mobile dining options that can be found in several places around the city on any given day. With Short North Food Hall, Tortilla is excited bring something new to the table with exclusive menu items and a traditional Al pastor spit.
